12.   Appointments to Committees

        (i)      Licensing Committee

        (a)     The Council is asked to appoint a member to the Licensing Committee to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Councillor Jack Coburn.
        (b)     The Council is asked to appoint a Convener of the Licensing Committee.

        (ii)     Community Safety Committee

        (a)     The Council is asked to appoint a member to the Community Safety Committee to fill the current vacancy created by the resignation of Councillor Jack Coburn.
        (b)     The Council is asked to appoint a Vice-Convener of the Community Safety Committee.

13.   Appointments to Outside Bodies

        (i)    Tayside Contracts Joint Committee

                The Council is asked to appoint a member to the Tayside Contracts Joint Committee to fill the current vacancy created by the resignation of Councillor Jack Coburn.

        (ii)    Friends of Aschaffenburg - Management Committee

                 The Council is asked to appoint a member to the Friends of Aschaffenburg - Management Committee to fill the current vacancy created by the resignation of Councillor Jack Coburn.

14.     Amendments to Scheme of Administration

The Council is asked to agree the following changes to the Scheme of Administration:-

Part 2 - General Provision Relating to Committees

2 General Provisions Regulating All Committees of the Council

Paragraphs 2.24 and 2.25 - to be removed

8 Housing and Health Committee

Paragraph 8.2.3 - Additional Paragraph:

To exercise the functions of the Council in terms of the Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2010 and all related subordinate legislation.

12 Strategic Policy and Resources Committee

Paragraph 12.2.13 - Amend to read as follows:

Contracting, Tendering and Procurement

1. To consider reports relating to the activities of the Council's Corporate Procurement Team and Tayside Procurement Consortium.
2. To consider matters regarding tenders and contracts.

Paragraph 23.1.1 - Amend to include:
