The Supported Living Team provides housing support services to adults with learning disabilities, to enable them to live well in their own tenancies.
To live as full a life as possible, tenants receive personalised support to match their unique needs. Staff assist individuals to make informed choices, develop independent living skills and ensure their rights are respected in all aspects of their lives.

| Description | Housing Support & Care at Home services are provided to adults with profound & complex needs, autism & learning disabilities, who are living in their own homes. Staff support is available with all aspects of daily living - budgeting, cooking, cleaning etc. There is accommodation based services in both areas and outreach services provided. There is an active service user group called the Superstars. |
