Litter is an anti-social behaviour which is a blight on our environment and a financial burden. This is highlighted by the fact that it costs Perth & Kinross Council over £2 million per annum to clear up litter.

Report a litter or litter bin problem
Alternatively telephone the Customer Service Centre on 01738 476476 with the following details:
- the location of the litter or litter bin;
- for litter - what needs to be cleared
- for litter bins - does it need to be emptied? Is it defective or damaged or missing?
If you know of an area that could benefit from a litter bin, you can request this using the same form.
Organising a clean-up event
Thank you for considering some litter picking activities. Anyone wishing to litter pick can borrow (and return) litter picking equipment from our network of Litter Picker Hosts.
