From Monday 27 October 2025 we have made changes in the way that Perth and Kinross Council publish information online for public comments and consultee responses on planning applications.

Some recent planning application decisions were taken to review by the applicants. These reviews have been heard by the Local Review Body, which comprises three Councillors with support from an independent planning advisor and the Council's legal service.
