Path information
This route is the built up section of the path up Schiehallion (the Fairy Mountain) from the Forestry Commission car park at Braes of Foss. It is approximately 3km to the viewpoint summit by this route with some stone seats and a viewpoint about halfway along. The built up path finishes at the start of the summit boulder field which continues for a for roughly 1.5km

- Schiehallion has an elevation of 3553 feet (1083 metres) and is rich in botanical life with heather, mosses and blaeberry.
