Council housing new-build development - Huntingtower, Perth
A large development of 70 brand new Council homes for affordable rent was completed at Huntingtower, Perth, in August 2021.
A mix of one and two-bed flats and two & three-bed Council houses, to suit a wide range of tenants.
Investment
£9.2m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was built by the Council's construction partner Barrett Homes.
Features
A range of energy efficiency technology built-in, including solar panels on all the homes to help keep tenants' energy bills as low as possible.
