Council housing new-build development - Springbank Road, Alyth
A development of 11 new Council homes was completed at Springbank Road, Alyth, in 2016.
- A 3-bedroom bungalow suitable for a wheelchair user
- Two 2-bedroom semi-detached houses
- Eight 1-bedroom flats
Investment
£1.3m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was built by the Council's construction partner Hadden Homes.
Features
Eco-friendly and energy saving heating and ventilation recovery systems installed in all homes to help reduce the energy bills of tenants.
All the windows and doors are double glazed and the houses and flats are insulated to the highest standards.
Solar panels to help provide cheaper hot water for tenants.
