Elections for Community Councils are held every 3 years. Between this time local residents can petition for an election to establish or re-establish a Community Council, and by-elections may be held to fill vacancies.If you care about the area you live in and want to make a difference, then get involved by standing for your local Community Council.
Community Council elections
A By-Election for five members to join Dunkeld and Birnam Community Council will take place on Thursday 19 June 2025. Nominations are now open for a four week period and will close at 4pm on Thursday 8 May 2025. If you are interested in joining the community council please complete a nomination form and submit by then.
