Customer Service Centre

The Customer Service Centre is based in Pullar House and provides a range of professional support to internal council departments and externally to customers and communities across Perth and Kinross.

The team supports colleagues and services by providing a first point of contact for customers.  We aim to deal with as many enquiries at first point as possible, and you can contact us in a variety of ways.

The Customer Service Centre is open 8.45am - 5pm Monday-Fridays.  Monday mornings and lunchtimes are our busiest times, if your call isn't urgent, it is best to contact us outside of these times.
