Gaelic Medium Education nursery provision is currently available at Breadalbane Academy.
Gaelic playgroups, or Cròileagan, are a good way for like-minded parents/carers to meet and for children to be immersed in another language before entering primary school.
There are currently two Gaelic playgroups for those aged 0 to 5 years running within the Perth and Kinross area. These playgroups are open two sessions a week during term time and are free of charge. Sessions include a mixture of free play, activities, games, arts and crafts, songs and stories delivered in simple Gaelic. You don't need to have any prior knowledge of Gaelic to attend.
- Cròileagan Pheairt (Facebook page) takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am to midday, at The Garden Room, Tayside Christian Fellowship, Paradise Place, Perth, PH2 8JH
- Cròileagan Obar Pheallaidh (Facebook page) takes place on Mondays and Thursdays, 9.15am to 11 am, at Breadalbane Community Campus, Crieff Road, Aberfeldy, PH15 2DU
