Our Risk Appetite Statement (PDF) [119KB] describes the level of risk that Perth & Kinross Council is prepared to tolerate or accept in pursuit of its objectives, while our Risk Management Policy (PDF) [63KB] confirms the Council's commitment to good corporate governance through effective risk management.
The Council's Risk Management Strategy ensures that Corporate Business Risks and Service Risks are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure they are controlled effectively to reduce the frequency of risk events occurring and minimise the severity of the consequences if they do occur. The Corporate Risk Management Strategy includes the key risks associated with the delivery of the Community Plan and Corporate Plan.
