Licensing of Sexual Entertainment Venues under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Section 45C (as modified by Section 76 of the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015)
Perth and Kinross Council's key aims in licensing are to preserve public safety and the prevention of crime and disorder. The Council consider that it is appropriate that Sexual Entertainment Venues (SEV) should be licensed in order that both performers and customers benefit from a safe, regulated environment.
