Council housing new-build developments 2020/21

A new £1.85m development of Perth & Kinross Council homes was completed at Ardler Road in Meigle in May 2021.

12 new homes comprising: 

• 6 x 3-bedroom semi-detached 2 storey family homes
• 2 x 2-bedroom semi-detached 2 storey family homes
• 4 x 1-bedroom cottage flats

Investment

£1.85m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.

Builder

The development was built by the Council's construction partner Hadden Group.
