Investment
£2.7m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was built by the Council's construction partner Muir Homes.
Features
Solar PV roof panels to drive down tenants' energy bills and reduce the carbon footprint of the development.
All windows and doors are double-glazed with an energy rating of A+
