Moving into the Perth & Kinross Council area

You must complete a moving into the Perth & Kinross Council area form if you are aged over 18, have already moved or your move will take place within 10 days, and:

• You are moving into the Perth & Kinross Council area and will be the owner, tenant or partner of the owner or tenant of the property; or
• You were not liable for Council Tax at your old house (for example living with friends/relatives) but will be liable for Council Tax at your new address as you are the owner, tenant or partner of the owner or tenant of the property

If you are not going to be the owner or tenant or the partner of the owner or tenant of the property you are moving to, you cannot complete our online form.

You will need the address and postcode of your new property.

Tell us you are moving into the Perth & Kinross Council area

You must advise your previous council that you have moved out of the area as we are unable to notify them for you.
