Perth and Kinross Alcohol and Drug Partnership

The Perth and Kinross Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) aims to reduce the harms associated with alcohol and drugs and support opportunities for recovery, for individuals, families and communities throughout Perth and Kinross. Whether you're a young person, an adult, a caregiver, or a parent, we're here to guide you toward the support you need on your path to recovery. Our goal is to ensure that anyone in Perth and Kinross who needs extra support in dealing with alcohol and drug issues will receive the support they need.

Who we are and what we do

Membership of the partnership includes Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), NHS Tayside, Perth and Kinross Council, Police Scotland, Scottish Prison Service (SPS), Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS), third sector organisations, living and lived experience representatives and carers' representatives. The work of the ADP is guided and shaped by both national and local strategies and plans. Our focus is on addressing alcohol and drug-related challenges faced by individuals, families, and communities across Perth and Kinross. This involves coordinating efforts among statutory and third-sector agencies, creating localised strategies, and minimizing adverse effects on families and communities.
