Restrictions on access to documentation
The Building Standards Register can be accessed freely and gives details of approvals/ progress with current applications but does not give access to view plans or other documents.
Should you wish to view copies of relevant documents, please contact our team by emailing buildingstandards@pkc.gov.uk and they will advise if your request can be fulfilled.

Pre 2005 Enforcement Notices
As the register only details Notices under the 2003 Act, those that remain undetermined under the Building (Scotland) Acts 1959 & 1970 are outlined in the following:-
