MyPKC is Perth & Kinross Council's online customer service area.
It allows you to access many services online instead of having to phone the Council or visit an office. MyPKC is able to be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week on different devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
You can use MyPKC by clicking on the purple MyPKC button at the top of the front page on the Council's website and then following the instructions. You are able to easily make reports to the council for things like flytipping, missed wheelie bin collections and road faults as well as apply for different services, some of which are detailed in the service sections which follow. You can also create a MyAccount within MyPKC which allows you to keep a track of the progress of your reports and applications as well as check the balance of your Council Tax account. New services are being added all the time. MyPKC makes Council services more accessible by being able to be used on different types of technology at any time of the day.

Perth & Kinross Council operates a Customer Service Centre providing you with a single point of contact to handle certain types of service enquiries and transactions.
The Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
