The importance of play 

In this session we will cover the importance of play, we will discuss how play benefits our children in many ways by providing them opportunities to learn who they are.

 

Praise, encouragement & rewards  

This session will help parents use labelled praise and encouragement to increase positive behaviour.

This session will give you Information and techniques to help you support your child or teenager to get a great night's sleep (ages 3-8 and 9-16)
