Council housing new build development at Birch Avenue, Scone
A development of new Council housing was completed at Birch Avenue, Scone, in August 2018.
20 new flats:
- 16 one bedroom flats
- 4 two bedroom flat
Investment
£2.7m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was delivered by the Council's construction partner CCG Scotland.

- All the windows are triple-glazed.
- The properties are extremely well insulated to help reduce tenants' heating bills.
