Our annual consultation for Council tenants to tell us what your rent level should be is now open.
Tenants can choose from one of three options to tell us what you think your rent should be for 2025/26.
You can take part online here.
You might also receive a paper copy of the consultation through the post, which you can complete and return to us in the envelope provided.
Our staff, as well as representatives from our partner organisation The Knowledge Partnership, will be contacting tenants by telephone over the coming weeks to support people to take part in this important consultation.

Every tenant who takes part has the chance of winning a £50 shopping voucher.
The consultation is open until December 20th, 2024.
What tenants tell us will be included in a report to a meeting of the Housing and Social Wellbeing Committee in January 2025, when a final decision on 2025/26 rent levels will be made.
