Youth Employability

Youth Employability is funded by the Scottish Government to support the aims of achieving economic transformation and tackling child poverty.  We work with young people at stage 1-3 of the employability pipeline who are facing barriers and require some support to move into education, training, volunteering or employment.

The team work across 11 secondary schools in Perth & Kinross and in the community, providing support to young people who are within 6 months of their school leaving date (aged 15.5 up to 25 years old, depending on their needs).

Current offerings

  • Flexible and person-centred 1 to 1 support, both in school and in the community

  • Learning Agreements

  • Skills Academies in Construction, Health and Social Care and Hospitality
