In an exciting festive takeover of the art Installation 'Meander' in Perth city centre, artwork created by young people from schools throughout Perth and Kinross will appear on a huge brick wall in Burt's Vennel, adjacent to Mill Street, Perth between Saturday 14 December 2024 and January 2025.
The projected artworks which have been created by primary school pupils through the big, BIG Art Project initiative, will feature individual pupils' artwork alongside collaborative whole-class pieces in still and animated forms. The work has been created to celebrate how Christmas looks around the world and what it means to the young people.
This amazing opportunity for the young people to see their work come to life in a public place accessible for all to view, has been made possible with thanks to the Council's Place Development team.
The projection will run daily from Saturday 14 December into the New Year, coming alive each day at sunset.
