The Council's Housing Service is proposing to transfer some further properties to the Rock Trust charity for a peppercorn rent, to be used for its successful Future Builders project.
Future Builders provides a tailored package of education and employment support for vulnerable young people alongside access to affordable tenancies, offering them a chance to create long-term positive change in their lives.
The properties concerned are:
- 355B High Street, Perth, PH1 5AB
- 355C High Street, Perth, PH1 5AB
- 357A High Street, Perth, PH1 5AB
