Storm Éowyn

There are still a number of properties in Perth and Kinross without power following the storm. Staff from our Parking and Civil Contingencies team have visited the affected areas to provide support to residents where required.

Families whose children receive Free School Meals because they are in receipt of qualifying benefits will receive payment for Friday's closures. This will be paid in the next holiday payment at the end of March, along with the 12, 13 and 14 February holiday payments.

Road Closures

The following roads are currently closed: 

250 High Street, Perth
A91 Yetts of Muckhart
Kenmore to Weem

Refuse collections and recycling centres

Bin collections resumed on Saturday.

If bins not collected  leave them out for 48 hours to be collected later if it is safe to do so.

Recycling centres are open as normal.
