Employment equality statistics and reports

Perth & Kinross Council annually publishes employment equality statistics and reports.  These reports provide insights into the diversity of out workforce, including data on race, sex, age and disability.

We use this information to inform our workforce planning activity and report progress within regular Workforce reports to Perth & Kinross Council Committee.

Like other Councils across Scotland, Perth & Kinross Council uses the Scottish Local Government Recruitment Portal, myjobscotland, to advertise vacancies and manage applications.
