Perth and Kinross Council annually publishes employment equality statistics and reports. These reports provide insights into the diversity of our workforce, including data on race, sex, age and disability.
We use this information to inform our workforce planning activity and report progress within regular workforce reports to Perth and Kinross Council Committee.
Like other Councils across Scotland, we use the Scottish Local Government Recruitment Portal, myjobscotland, to advertise vacancies and manage applications.
