Submit a Notice of Review
If your planning application has been determined by an officer under delegated powers you can submit a Notice of Review (PDF Version - printable) (PDF, 36 KB)/(Word Version) (Word doc, 48 KB) to the Local Review Body. From 9 June 2025 fees are being introduced for all appeals to the Department of Planning and Environmental A (DPEA) and Notices of Review to the Local Review Body (LRB) as part of the The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Local Reviews) (Scotland) Regulations 2025. Any fee must be paid along with submission of a completed Notice of Review form within 3 months of the decision notice issued by the Planning Authority and can be made online via MYPKC or by secure card payment via telephone. If you are unsure of the fee payable for your application please allow enough time to contact the review body to acquire this information.
Agendas, reports and minutes
Agendas and reports will be available on the Local Review Body page five days before the Committee. Minutes will be available once they have been before the next available meeting of the Local Review Body.
Membership
The Perth and Kinross Local Review Body consists of 3 members. These members will be from the Councillors on the Planning and Placemaking Committee page.
