There is a growing network of paths groups across Perth & Kinross engaged in practical work to keep the paths in their own areas open. Each group is supported by a Greenspace Ranger.

Volunteering with us is a great way to boost your physical and mental wellbeing, meet like-minded people, gain new skills, and make a real difference in your community. No experience is needed—training, tools, and support are provided by our local Community Greenspace Rangers, and you can get involved in:
- Undertaking practical work to repair and maintain paths for walkers, riders and cyclists to use.
- Promoting their paths and assisting us in waymarking them.
- Carrying out path audits.
- Taking the lead on more ambitious projects to improve paths or build new ones where the need has been identified locally.
Want to get involved? Join us and help keep our paths accessible and beautiful for all. Contact CommunityGreenspace@pkc.gov.uk to find out more.
