Following the end of the transition period after the UK's departure from the European Union, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) have been retained in legislation known as the UK GDPR. All references to the GDPR in privacy notices provided by the Council should therefore be taken to refer to the UK GDPR.
