Summer Tenant Conference 2024
Our 2024 Tenants' Summer Conference was held on Thursday 27th June, 2024.
Tenants had the opportunity to discuss your neighbourhood and housing services, and give us valuable feedback on where you think we are doing well and where we can do better.
You can view a recording of the event below, as well as video presentations that were shown to tenants.
Autumn Roadshows
Our Tenant Autumn Roadshows were held in October 2023.
Rent level options for 2024/25 were presented, and staff outlined the enhanced services that would be paid for under each option, along with the financial pressures being faced by our Housing Revenue Account.
This video was shown, explaining the rent level options that tenants were asked to vote in in November/December 2023:
Summer Roadshows
Our Tenant Summer Roadshows were held on Monday 19th June. Tenants were given the opportunity to come along and have a say on your housing services and how you would like us to spend your rent money.
The local events were held in Blairgowrie, Crieff, Letham & Hillyland and Perth.
Housing managers and staff from local housing teams were there, along with repairs and improvements staff, to answer questions and listen to suggestions.
We fed back the results of this year's Rent Spending Priorities consultation, and asked for more of your views on how we should be spending your rent money. This is part of our annual rent setting process and so it's very important that tenants have a say.
You can watch a video outlining the results of the consultation below. Your feedback will help us to put together rent level options for 2024/25 that tenants will be asked to vote on in Autumn 2023.
