The Social and Vocational Studies Department (SVS) can help you to learn many new skills.
SVS can help you to be confident, with more abilities for living independently. You will be able to try different courses to see what suits you best.
Stepping In, New Skills and Stepping Out are courses that can help you to develop work skills and experience. This will help you when you start looking for a job or a voluntary position.
SVS also offers courses on cooking, computing, music and drama.
The department can also support you to complete awards like the John Muir and Duke of Edinburgh.
SVS works with St Johnstone Football Club to run the Healthy Lives course and the Scottish Fire and Rescue who run Fire College each year.
