The Employment Support Team deliver a Work Skills Course individually tailored to help people facing barriers to work.
This helps to enhance the skills of people in the workplace.

The Work Skills Course
About the Course
- The course runs for 7 weeks; a half day each week
- The course is facilitated by members of the employment support team
- The course will take place at various locations in Perth and Kinross
- Individuals are responsible for their own transport to and from the course
- Refreshments will be available
- There is no charge for this course

What is expected from individuals?
- A commitment to attend 7 half day employability course sessions
- A desire to progress into paid employment with the support of the employment support team
- To participate in individual and group work sessions
- On successful completion of the course individuals will be issued with a certificate
