There are many reasons for leaving a job, whether it is moving over to a new role in another Service or leaving the Council to take up another opportunity or pursue other interests elsewhere, the Council would like to wish employees the very best for the future. Employees either moving over to another Service or moving on from Council employment should be invited to a discussion with their line manager which will explain the processes that need to be completed before leaving the role.
Employees leaving Council employment are encouraged to complete a What Can We Do Better Survey to help us better understand why employees are leaving Council employment and your experience of working with the organisation. The survey is short and is completely anonymous.
