Employee Assistance Programme - Your Care EAP provides access to  help and support for life's ups and downs, 24/7, 365 days a year. You'll find a wide range of care and support specialists waiting to hear from you. You can use this service as many or as few times as you like, there's no limit on the support you can receive.

Occupational healthPeople Asset Management provides advice to the Council and its employees with regard to fitness for work, prevention of work-related ill health and the promotion of good health. A management referral process is also available for Counselling and Physiotherapy
Access to Work Mental Health Support ServiceThe Access to Work Mental Health Support Service is funded by DWP that can give you a mental health professional to talk to if you are experiencing mental health difficulties. The Service if free and completely confidential.
