A development of eight new Council homes was completed at Cairns Crescent, Perth, in 2017.
- Four 1-bedroomed wheelchair accessible flats
- Four one-bedroomed standard flats
Investment
£1.2m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was built by the Council's construction partner CCG Scotland.
Features
Triple-glazed windows and doors for energy efficiency.
Accommodation for tenants with a special housing need, to allow them to live independently in the community.
