Council housing new-build development - Castlemains, Auchterarder
A development of 10 new-build Council homes was completed at Castlemains, Auchterarder, in 2015.
- Six 2-bedroom homes
- Four 3-bedroom houses
Investment
£1.24m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was built by the Council's construction partner Muir Homes.
Features
All the homes were built to the latest energy saving specifications, to help cut the bills of tenants and reduce the carbon footprint of the properties.
