Council housing new-build developments 2015/16

A development of 16 new-build Council homes was completed in Balbeggie, in 2016. 

• Eight 1-bedroom flats
• Four mid-terrace 2-bedroom houses 
• Four end-terrace 3-bedroom houses

Investment

£2.2m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.

Builder

The development was built by the Council's construction partner Hadden Homes.

Features

All the new homes were built with the latest energy saving specifications to help cut the bills of tenants and reduce the carbon footprint of the properties.
