A development of 10 new-build Council homes was completed at Castlemains, Auchterarder, in 2015.

Investment

£1.24m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.

Builder

The development was built by the Council's construction partner Muir Homes.

All the homes were built to the latest energy saving specifications, to help cut the bills of tenants and reduce the carbon footprint of the properties.

Council housing new-build development - Balbeggie

A development of 16 new-build Council homes was completed in Balbeggie, in 2016. 

  • Eight 1-bedroom flats
  • Four mid-terrace 2-bedroom houses 
  • Four end-terrace 3-bedroom houses

£2.2m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.

The development was built by the Council's construction partner Hadden Homes.

A development of 20 new-build Council homes was completed at Jeanfield Road, Perth, in 2015.

30 one-bedroom apartments.

£1.35m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.

The development was built by construction partner Culross Ltd.

A development of 12 Council new-build homes was completed in Kirkton, Auchterarder, in May 2015.

£1.4m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.

Builder

The development was built by the Council's construction partner Stewart MiIne.
