Council housing new-build developments - Kinross
The new houses for affordable social rent at Kepitknow Crescent have been bought by the Council at the development built by Persimmon Homes.
The four 3-bed and two 2-bed homes were handed over to the Council during a visit by Housing and Social Wellbeing Convener, Councillor Tom McEwan.
Investment
A total of £1.4m was invested in the homes on this modern new development.

Council housing new-build development - Methven
Five newly built Council homes for affordable social rent have been handed over in Methven.
The houses are in the final phase of a development that has seen the inclusion of 41 brand new Council homes in total.
Investment
The five homes cost almost £1.1m to build. The Council invested £440,000, with the Scottish Government contributing the rest.
Builder
The homes at Hayfield Brae have been built to the highest standard by the Council's construction partner GS Brown.
