As you may be aware, Perth & Kinross Council has committed a £50k budget for Community Transport this financial year, in addition to a recurring £10k Community Transport Fund.
These funds are available to community-led and voluntary sector organisations based in Perth and Kinross.
In June 2024 applications for round 1 were invited from community groups and voluntary sector organisations that provide or co-ordinate passenger transport related services in their communities or wish to commence doing do.
Round 2 applications are now invited from similar community groups and voluntary sector organisations as described above. The maximum any group may apply for is £2,500. Applications require a breakdown of costs in priority order as groups may not be awarded the full amount requested depending on the number of applications received.
The Council will assess the individual merits of each application to ensure that it meets the priorities of the Council and targets funds at projects that have improved/will improve passenger transport in the Perth and Kinross area.
This application round will close at 4.00pm on Monday, 10 February 2025.
