School meals are prepared and served by our operational partners Tayside Contracts.
We regularly seek pupil's opinions on school meals to help develop menus and the service.
With effect from the 1st April 2024 the cost of a school meal will rise as follows for paying pupils and visitors.
- Primary £2.25
- Secondary £2.60
- Adult (including VAT) £5.00
Secondary schools also offer healthy break time service and a pre-order facility. New developments are continually being assessed and introduced to enable pupils to have access to a safe and welcoming quick service environment.
Primary school meals
All pupils in primaries 1 - 5 are entitled to free school meals from January 2022.
