Through the Joint Negotiating Committee for Teaching Staff (JNCT) the agreement of local variations to the national terms and conditions for teaching staff employed by Perth and Kinross Council is a major workload for this Committee. The partnership approach adopted in Perth and Kinross ensures that there is consistency and transparency in the application of such local agreement to all teaching staff.
Over the last few years, the JNCT has reached local agreement on a number of issues and these can be found on this page.
