Family Group Decision Making - Information for families

There are times in all our lives where we need to make decisions about our child or young person's future, and it may feel quite scary.

Our Family Group Decision Making co-ordinators will help you to communicate with others and identify your strengths, in order to come up with your own unique, safe family plan.

Our service is available throughout the Perth and Kinross area.  Please speak to your social worker if you would like to be referred to the service.
