A public consultation was held on the future use of Bell's Sports Centre, Perth, between November 2024 and January 2025.
A total of 1,981 people responded to the consultation, which was held on the Council's online Consultation Hub.
Just over 50% of respondents said they use leisure facilities in Perth and Kinross on a weekly basis, and almost 10% said they use facilities daily.
Almost 80% of people said that it was "very important" to them that Bell's Sports Centre continues to support public activities.
One of the options under consideration for Bell's Sports Centre is converting it into an unheated event space for indoor sports pitches. A total of 1,198 respondents agreed with this proposal (60.47%).
People said that public restrooms (90%) and changing places (89%) were the most important amenities that should be included in the future use of Bell's.
Almost 1,600 comments were also received about the future use of Bell's as part of the consultation process.
All feedback will be included in a paper that will go to councillors in the coming months for a decision to be made for the future use of Bell's.
