Parks and Countryside areas
Most settlements have a park, play area or other green space near them. There are also large parks and countryside sites throughout Perth and Kinross which attract visitors as well as local people.
Our larger parks offer a range of attractions for all ages and are great places to host events and leisure activities. There are eight major parks which, due to their facilities and location, attract visitors from far and near.
Our countryside sites The Birks of Aberfeldy, Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park, Perth and St Magdalene's Hill and Buckie Braes, Perth offer a different sort of experience and are particularly good places to walk, enjoy views and look out for wildlife.
