Customer Service Centre

The Customer Service Centre is based in Pullar House and provides a range of professional support to internal Council departments and externally to customers and communities across Perth and Kinross.

The team supports colleagues and services by providing a first point of contact for customers. We aim to deal with as many enquiries at first point as possible, and you can contact us in a variety of ways.

The Customer Service Centre is open from 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Monday mornings and lunchtimes are our busiest times; if your call isn't urgent, it is best to contact us outside of these times.

Some of the current departments and subjects supported by Customer Services:

  • Child Protection
  • Education (school clothing grants and free school meals)
  • Early Intervention and Prevention Team (access to social care for adults)
  • National Entitlement Card and free travel passes
  • Parking (assisting with Blue Badge applications and general parking enquiries)
  • Bins and recycling
  • Road and street lighting faults
  • Planning and Building Standards
  • Environmental matters

  • Complaints

We also provide assisted self-service support for many of our online forms.
