Local Development Plan - Supplementary Guidance

Supplementary Guidance and Non-Statutory Guidance supports the content of the Local Development Plan by providing further detail on specific policy areas or strategic development sites. They help to inform applicants of the Council's expectations when determining planning applications. Supplementary Guidance documents are statutory, they have been subject to consultation and formal adoption procedures and they form part of the Local Development Plan.
