Consultations

Call for Sites

We have recently launched the 'Call for Sites' stage in the preparation of our new LDP3.  Further information and the online site proposal questionnaire form can be found on the Council's Consultation Hub.  The closing date for submissions is Thursday 31st July 2025.

Perth & Kinross Council Advertisement Control

The Draft Perth & Kinross Council Advertisement Control 2025 (PDF, 2 MB) seeks to explain and illustrate the regulations and guidance, and to set out and update our local policy and guidelines on advertisement control. The consultation for the draft planning guidance will run from 1 - 29 July 2025.

Open Space Survey

The Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 introduced a requirement for planning authorities to prepare and publish an Open Space Strategy (OSS). The OSS is to set out a strategic framework of the planning authority's policies and proposals as to the development, maintenance and use of green infrastructure in their district, including open spaces and green networks. To develop the strategy, we are undertaking an audit of existing open space provision and an assessment of current and future requirements.

Your views in the survey will ensure that no important open space is excluded from the audit and that we fully understand any gaps in local provision. The survey will run from 11 July - 11 August 2025.
