15. Appointments to Committees / Member/Officer Working Groups
(i) Scrutiny Committee
The Council is asked to appoint a replacement for Councillor R Brock on the Scrutiny Committee.
(ii) Modernising Governance Member/Officer Working Group
At the Council meeting of 23 May 2012, it was agreed to re-establish the Modernising Governance Member/Officer Group with the membership to include 5 elected members, including Councillor A MacLellan (Article 218/12 refers).
The Council is asked to agree that:
(a) Councillor A Munro replace Councillor A MacLellan on the Modernising Governance Member/Officer Working Group.
(b) Councillor D Cuthbert be appointed as a sixth elected member of the Modernising Governance Member/Officer Working Group.
