The Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 requires the Council to manage and maintain all roads entered in the List of Public Roads for its area.
The List of Public Roads and Road Maintenance Map, includes adopted roads which are the responsibility of Perth and Kinross Council as the Roads Authority, shown in purple. Trunk Roads are the responsibility of Transport Scotland, shown in Green. Search an address to zoom to a particular area and click on a road to view more information.
The verge and footway extents are not captured in rural areas. The verge extents would normally be to the nearest boundary feature or 2 meters. The boundary of the adopted verge extents would need to be determined by the area Roads Supervisor from the Roads Maintenance Partnership.

Therefore, Perth and Kinross Council assumes no liability or responsibility for any error or omissions in the information provided.
